ADRIAN TORRICO SIACARA
Adrian Torrico Siacara is a professor at the Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (USP), where he teaches undergraduate courses in the Geotechnical area. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnics from the Escola Politécnica da USP, a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnics from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), and is a Civil Engineer from the Universidad Católica Boliviana San Pablo (UCB). His main line of activity in Geotechnics focuses on infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on foundations, embankments, dams, and containment works. He has experience in deterministic and probabilistic analyses using computational modeling to understand the behavior of infrastructure projects and their response to climate change.
