Dr. Trevor Carter, P.Eng., holds a Senior Review Consultant and Advisor role to several mining companies on open pit and underground operations and the World Bank and other power producers on hydropower projects.  His experience spans over 40 years on a wide variety of Geological Engineering Issues related to major projects. His focus has primarily been related to the interface between geological evaluation and geotechnical engineering design of mining and civil surface and underground excavations.
