Senior Principal and Rock Mechanics Engineer with WSP Canada. Luiz has carried out several international geotechnical design for open pits and underground mining projects from Scoping Level to Feasibility Level to Operations. Luiz has supervised field investigations, carried out slope design in saprolite and weak rock masses, performed ground control audits and due diligences and participated in geotehcnical senior reviews.
