Dr Felicia Weir is a Director and Principal Engineering Geologist at PSM, an Australian based geotechnical engineering firm. She joined PSM in 2006 after completing her PhD at the University of Sydney. Felicia specialises in geotechnical open pit slope design and operational support. Her recent work has focused on the development of robust 3D engineering geology models, rock fall risk management and assisting operations in the management of unstable slopes. Felicia also regularly teaches engineering geology at universities across Australia and New Zealand and is a member of ARMA, AGS and AusIMM.
