Megan has over 20 years of practical hard rock geotechnical engineering experience, in both surface and underground operations with Rio Tinto. At Bingham Canyon Mine, she led her teams through periods of technical growth in geotechnical monitoring and stability analysis. A key focus for Megan is developing and implementing risk-based mining strategies for slope geotechnical hazards. Megan is recognised as a "RioExpert" in the geotechnical field at Rio Tinto.
